Terry Bledsoe

Attorney at Law
Terry Bledsoe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 1987 and earned her law degree from Shepard Broad Law School in 1991.  Ms. Bledsoe was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991.

Ms. Bledsoe has been a Certified Family Law Mediator since 1997 and a County Court and Juvenile Dependency Mediator since 1998.  She is also a Mediator for the Fifth District Court of Appeal.  Ms. Bledsoe has been honored by the following: Recipient, Award of Excellence, Legal Aid Society, Orange County Bar Association, 2002; Chamber Choice Award Small Businessperson of the Year (Category 1-5), Seminole County/Lake Mary Regional Chamber of Commerce, 2002; Florida Bar Pro Bono Service Award for the 18th Judicial Circuit, 1999; Seminole County Pro Bono Service Award, 1998.

She is a Member of the Orange County and Seminole County (Former President 2005, Former Secretary, 2004, Former Treasurer, 2003) Bar Associations; The Florida Bar (Member, Sections Family Law); Florida Association of Professional Family Mediators, Alumni and Graduate, Leadership Seminole Class of 2000, and Central Florida Family Inns of Court.  Ms. Bledsoe is also Past President of the Seminole County Bar Association Legal Aid Society.  Ms. Bledsoe is a Former Adjunct Professor, Family Law, Constitutional Law, and American Government at the University of Central Florida, Seminole Community College, and Valencia Community College.

Stacy Kirby

Stacy Kirby, FRP – Stacy Kirby joined the team in 2009. While working and raising a family, Stacy has attended Seminole State College and has recently completed her degree in Legal Studies. She is currently attending University of Central Florida to further her education in the legal field.  Mrs. Kirby is a student member of the Central Florida Paralegal Association and is a Florida Notary Public.
