Attorney and administrative fees are charged in increments of .1 (6 minutes). Hourly rates are based upon the experience and skills of the attorneys and paralegals involved in your case.  Options available for payment are traditional retainer with billable hourly plus costs or flat monthly fees plus costs.  Costs include filing fees, service of process, court reporters, mediator and other costs associated with the development and presentation of your case.  Your choice of payment option will be discussed at your consultation.
